OUR RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to return any products purchased from the Happy Hoops website. Before sending back your item(s), please notify us of your intent to return within 14 days to happyhoopsuk@outlook.com.
We kindly ask that all returns be shipped back within the 30-day window.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We understand that you may need to try on briefly to check for fit, but if a product shows signs of wear beyond a quick try-on or is returned with strong odours (cigarette smoke, perfumes etc) or has been washed, we won’t be able to accept it back due to resale and hygiene reasons.
If we receive a worn product, we offer two options:
1) Return to You: We will invoice you for the return postage to have the item sent back to you.
2) Donate to Charity: You may choose for us to donate the item to a rescue charity instead.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Complete our Returns Form and include it with your package. If you don’t have access to a printer, simply write the required information on a piece of paper, ensuring you include your order number.
Any parcels sent without a return note cannot be processed until you reach out to us, which may delay your refund.
2. Pack and Send:
Carefully pack your items. Use a shipping service of your choice, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, so you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders.
3. Wait for Processing:
We will process your return within 21 business days from the day your parcel is delivered back to us. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your refund will be issued within 1-3 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot be held responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly send a clear photo of the damage, along with your order details (name, address, order number, and reason for return), before returning the item. This helps us assess the issue and expedite your refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or design, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. As we only process refunds for returned items, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
